Pursuant to Mylan N.V. (ISIN: NL0011031208) intention to fully takeover Perrigo Company Plc
(ISIN: IE00BGH1M568), and the official tender offer to purchase all shares of Perrigo Company Plc, and since there are several possible dates and stages for the tender offer, please be advised that Mylan N.V. will be added to TASE indices herein below, as applicable:
1. Mylan will be added to TASE indices no later than the semi-annual index update date, which occur on December 15th, 2015. A separate announcement will be published in regards to the manner in which Mylan will be added to TASE indices.
No other index constituent will be deleted out-off TASE indices as a result of Mylan's addition.
2. For the avoidance of any doubt, please note that Mylan will not be added to TASE indices thru Fast-Track.
3. Please be advised that Perrigo will be included in TASE indices as long as it meets the index criteria.
