Shagrir Group, a company providing services to insurance companies, participated in the Opening Bell Ceremony at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, celebrating its listing as a public corporation at the end of last June.

Yossi Regev, Shagrir Group CEO, said during the Opening Bell Ceremony: "Shagrir is Israel's leading company in the field of car services. It is therefore only natural for it to be traded at TASE.
"Shagrir is seeing a momentum of activity, and is striving continuously to expand its variety of services, while committed to providing quality and professional services. We identified the business potential in the field of car sharing and we believe our investment in CAR2GO will become yet another substantial engine of growth for the company in the next few years".

Adi Barkan, Senior VP, Head of TASE Clearing House, said: "Today, we are honored to welcome Shagrir, an Israeli company that we all know, and whose road services we probably all used at least once. Shagrir purchased CAR2GO, a company dealing with car sharing and renting, and is thereby joining the developing, changing vehicle world".
