First Analysis in TASE's Analysis Project – Edison, the International Equity Research Firm, Publishes Nano Dimension's Analysis Analyses of 10 More Companies Expected To Be Published in Upcoming Weeks

Nano Dimension is developing a system for 3D printing to print electronic circuitry and nanotechnology-based conductive and dielectric ink. It is a component of the TA BlueTech Index, the TA-Technology Index, and the TA-MidCap Index, and its market value is ILS 212 million. The company is traded on TASE and NASDAQ.

The aim of the Analysis Project is to estimate the appropriate valuation of biomed and technology companies, and expand upon investors’ knowledge and understanding of the companies, their areas of activity, and the markets they operate in. The project operates within the framework of recommendations by the Committee to Promote Investments in Public Companies operating in the field of research and development (R&D Committee).

The analyses will be published on the Magna and Maya websites in English, with a summary in Hebrew, as well as on international information distributors and international economic information networks. Analyses will be published at least four times a year, following the publication of the companies’ financial statements.  Additional updates will be published if a material event occurs that requires an update to the latest published analysis.

In the upcoming weeks, Edison will publish ten more analyses for the first companies to have already joined the project: 7 biomed companies: Allium, Intec Pharma, BioLight, BiondVax, Pluristem, Collplant, and RedHill; and 3 technology companies (in addition to Nano Dimension): Ellomay Capital, Pointer, and Foresight.

In addition to Edison, TASE has also signed an additional agreement with the research firm Frost & Sullivan. In the past month, 8 additional companies joined the program, and Frost & Sullivan will analyze them immediately after two more companies will join.

TASE is making considerable effort to improve the level of knowledge and professionalization among players in the capital market with regard to hi-tech companies. Alongside the Analysis Project, TASE is holding an analysis seminar consisting of a series of meeting in September. The seminar in intended for hi-tech companies, and is held in collaboration with the Israel Advanced Technology Industries (IATI). The seminar includes a wide variety of professional lectures delivered by senior executives and key role players in the hi-tech industry. It focuses on analyzing future trends in technology and innovation, aiming to give its
participants tools for investment management and educated decision-making.
