This morning, (August 15), Y.D. MORE INVESTMENTS management celebrated its Listing at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by taking part in the Opening Bell Ceremony.
The company manages mutual funds, investment portfolios and hedge funds. It joins TASE's Financial Services sector, which today consists of 14 companies with a total market value of approx. NIS 5 billion.
Since the beginning of 2017, 14 new companies joined TASE, having raised approx. NIS 2.7 billion.
Yossi Levy, CEO at Y.D.MORE INVESTMENTS: "This is a major milestone in the development of the company - our second home. Hani Shitrit Bach, TASE SVP and Head of Economic Department: "The Company was established in 2006 and has since been developing in a remarkable pace. The value of the properties it is managing has risen from approx. NIS 2.3 billion in 2012 to approx. NIS 18.7 billion today. In 2016, its net profit was approx. NIS 14 million. On the eve of its IPO, More decided on a dividend policy of distributing 80% of its current profit, starting from profits made in 2016. The company's shares will join the following indices in the beginning of October: the TA-Growth Index, the TA-All Share Index, the TA-Finance Index, and the TA Insurance-Plus Index. We wish the company much success in the future."
