TASE’s board of directors approved (on November 23, 2017) the appointment of Yehuda van der Walde, CPA, as EVP, Chief Financial Officer.
During the past decade, Mr. van der Walde has served in a number of positions with Alon Blue Square Israel, the last of which was as its CFO.
Mr. van der Walde holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting and an M.A. in Accounting, both from Bar Ilan University. He is married and has three children.
The date on which he will take up his position will be announced at a later time.
