Trading on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) during the second week of November was marked by a mix trend  in leading TASE indices.
 
 
 
TA-25
The TA-25 index increased 0.4% over the week, bringing year-to-date increase to 11.0%.
 
TA-100
The TA-100 index increased 0.5% over the week, bringing year-to-date increase to 13.7%.
 
TA-Insurance
The TA-Insurance index increased 3.4% over the week, bringing year-to-date increase to 32%.
Government  Bonds
This week the Ministry of Finance (MoF) floated US $0.4 billion government bonds in an offering on the local market. 
Since the beginning of 2013 the MoF raised US $16.4 billion in public bond offerings as opposed to US $21.3 billion in 2012.
Fiscal Deficit
The Ministry of Finance released figures this week indicating that Israel’s fiscal deficit in October came to NIS 4.6 billion and since the beginning of the year came to NIS 18.6 billion, as opposed to NIS 23.2 billion during the equivalent period last year.
