| Born 1974. Serves in current position since January, 2015.
Until January 2014 Mr. Orgad served as Head Legal Counsel and Regulatory Initiatives Division of the Corporate Finance Department of the Israel Securities Authority (ISA). He also served as co-chairman of the Committee for the Promotion of Investments in Public Companies Engaged in R&D, a joint committee established by TASE and the ISA to promote listings of R&D companies on TASE. Prior to joining the ISA, Orgard worked for seven years at the law firm, Zellermayer, Pelossof & Co. |
